01/W

The Korg 01/W is a digital music workstation keyboard that Korg produced in the early 1990s as a successor to its M1. It plays back ROM-based PCM samples using Korg's AI2 synthesis, whose distinguishing addition is a waveshaping stage applied to those waveforms, and it provides 32-voice polyphony along with an onboard sequencer and digital effects. Korg sold it in several forms, including a rack-mount version (01R/W) and keyboard models with different key counts and a floppy disk drive.
